Our charge for UK parcels is £5 flat fee.
Postage for mainland UK is via a fast courier service, and will at latest be despatched next working day on a 24 hour service. So in most cases your new jeans will be with you in 2-5 working days. Your order history will display its status. We do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays and cannot currently offer a guaranteed next day delivery service (however if you order early on a weekday that isn’t Friday, it’s likely you will get your order the following day).
Orders from Northern Ireland, offshore UK and Scottish Highlands will be sent via ParcelForce UK and should be with you in 2-5 working days.
Our shipping charges for overseas orders are calculated by weight at checkout. Your charge will be displayed as you proceed through the payment pages.
Each pair of jeans weighs roughly 0.5KG.
Orders from Europe are usually despatched same or next working day, and take between 3 and 6 working days for delivery. Please do not get in touch regarding missing parcels until the above time period has passed.
Orders from the rest of the world are usually despatched same or next working day, and take between 3 and 14 working days for delivery. Please do not get in touch regarding missing parcels until the above time period has passed.

At Monkee Genes we believe your new jeans will fit you perfectly, but we do offer a full returns policy for your peace of mind.
If for whatever reason you need to return the jeans please send them back to us at the following address:

You will receive a returns note with your order, please fill it out and return to the above address. If you misplace or do not receive one, please include a cover note with your return stating the following:
Your full name (and) or the name you ordered with.
Your order number (found on your dispatch note).
We do offer exchanges. Please fill out your returns sheet with the information we will need to send you your alternative item. If we are out of stock of the requested item we will refund you.
Please try to return the jeans to us within 21 days of invoice date (email us if you need a longer period).
As we only use expedited shipping methods original postage costs are not refunded. Customers are accountable for all return postage costs (we will cover the cost of exchanged items getting back out to you). We recommend a recorded or signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured and track able as goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back to us.
We deal with returns as they come into the warehouse every day so usually your refund or exchange despatch will be quick. We do get busy periods though so please allow up to 10 days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. The refund should show a few days after it has been processed.
All refunds will be credited back to the payment method originally used to make the order. If you used PayPal the money may be sitting in your PayPal account balance.

Condition of Jeans:
We can only accept returns of Monkee Genes when they are in perfect condition. This means they are exactly as we sent them to you. The below must be followed:
The swing ticket is still attached.
The cotton back pocket rider is still stitched on.
There are no signs of wear at all, including but not limited to crinkled knees or grazed hems (or cinema tickets in the pockets!).
They are unwashed.
They are unmarked.
The product must be clean- no hairs (pets or otherwise!), smell, dust, etc.
Placed back in their original bag.
Failure to follow the above guidelines gives us the option to refuse the refund and return the goods to you.
Please pack them sensibly – a non-crinkled pair of jeans will be crinkled if you ball them up and stuff them into a small jiffy bag!
A refund / exchange for a returned faulty item is not guaranteed. If you believe your item to be faulty, please follow the above returns procedure but add to your covering note details of the defect. If we deem the jeans faulty we will refund your incurred postage costs. If we believe the fault to have been caused by unfair wear and tear or improper use, we reserve our right to refuse the refund / exchange and return the product to you. This decision is entirely down to our own discretion and is final.
